Check in time is after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is no later than 9:00 a.m.

We can not rent to anyone under the age of 25. You must be 25 years old or married to rent at Gulf Terrace according to the association by laws. If you are not and we are notified of this, you will be asked to leave immediately and forfeit your rental charges.

A deposit of $200.00 is required at the time of booking a reservation. Visa, Mastercard, American Express will be accepted. This is applied toward the total rent due and there are no additional costs provided that the following requirements are met.

1. No damage is done to the unit or its contents.
2. No smoking in the unit.
3. All debris and garbage is removed from the unit and placed in proper receptacles.
4. All dirty dishes and glassware are put in dishwasher and cleaned.
5. All keys are left in unit and the key in lock box is as it was on arrival.
6. No pets allowed.
7. Reservation cancellation or early departure 60 days or less before a reserved date will forfeit your deposit.
8. There are no refunds for early departure.
9. All furniture and items used in the condo during your stay are put back to there original location upon your departure.

If for any reason the above conditions are not met there may be a cost for excess cleaning by our manager or charges for any damage done to the unit, you will be notified of additional charges should this happen and they will be charged to your credit card.
